LONDON, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ —Â Nscale Limited, the full-stack AI cloud platform, today announced the appointment of Amy Banse, a seasoned corporate executive and veteran board director, to its Board of Directors. Banse will also serve as Chair of the Compensation Committee.
Banse brings over 30 years of corporate strategy, investment, and governance experience to Nscale. She currently serves on the boards of Adobe, Lennar Corporation, and On Holding AG, and previously served on the board of The Clorox Company. She has also served on the boards of several high-growth start-ups and pre-IPO companies, including Nextdoor, Anchor, and Quantifind.
