CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Conterra Ultra Broadband Holdings, Inc. (“Conterra Networks” or the “Company”), a national leader in providing fiber-optic network-based services to telecommunication carriers, school districts, education and commercial customers, announced today the promotion of Mark Gossett to the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position.

Mark is a devoted and experienced finance professional with a strong background in driving growth and achieving value creation, while maintaining strong financial discipline. He brings over 18 years of corporate and public accounting and finance experience across several industries, with a primary focus on telecommunications. He has been with Conterra since October 2018, serving in various leadership roles with increasing responsibilities, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President & Controller and, most recently, as Conterra’s Interim CFO.
